    I will determine the key selling features of your home; prepare a thorough comparative market analysis of the neighborhood to help determine the appropriate listing price for the home.
  • MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE (MLS): 
    access to 17,000 realtors. I will prepare all paperwork for proper documentation of the listing. All rooms will be personally measured and tabulated and all pertinent listing details will be transferred to the MLS. The listing will be personally checked and re-run each day

    The Agent’s Open House, Thursday, 11a.m. to 1p.m., fully advertised Public Open House the 1st weekend: Saturday and Sunday 2- 4. Given the location of the house, it maybe wise to only have Open Houses on Sunday? After this, an advertised Open House on Sunday only. The objective is to create as much interest in a brand new listing and to reach as many Buyers as possible while the listing is still “HOT”!
